Q: When will my order ship? item was displayed as "in stock"
A: All units are assembled in house to order. Some can take several weeks depending on the work load. The stock number corresponds to the available order "slots" (typically based on the available chips or chassis).
Rest assured that if you received the confirmation email, we are working on your order :)
A tracking number will be sent as soon as it ships.

MIDI SYSEX Update Issues
IMPORTANT: It is crucial to ensure that your SYSEX software is specifically configured with a 64-byte buffer setting. Any deviations from this setting may result in update failures.

Q: What power supply should I get?
A: None! :) Your unit will ship with the required power adapter and blade suited to your outlet.
FYI the included supply is 9V 450A Center positive, 5.5x2.1mm barrel
Q:The USB update (blastbeats) is failing
A: Are you using a USB hub or a very long USB cable? Please try without a hub and a shorter cable if available.
